If you are a small trucking or bus company or an owner-operator, our consortium programs are simple and easy. The all-inclusive fee and covers costs for all random drug and alcohol tests for the year. No hidden costs or surprises. We also offer FMCSA Clearinghouse Support for a reasonable fee.

Pricing FAQs

1When will you charge my card?

It depends. The Owner Operator program is pre-paid, so your card is charged immediately. For trucking and bus companies your dues and enrollment fee are charged immediately, and testing is charged as it occurs.

2Can I shift from another consortium provider?

Of course. Most of our clients have done just that. You'll want to check your contract with them. We will need to know your testing history for the year and we'll make sure you meet DOT required minimum testing for the year.

If your provider is not serving you well, any costs of switching providers will be far less than failing a DOT audit.

If you're not sure, please ask. If now is not the right time, we are happy to nudge you at the appropriate time.

3Are there any additional charges?

There are no surprises. The all-inclusive plans include all random drug and alcohol tests as well as reasonable suspicion and post-accident tests. Pre-employment tests are charged separately. And if you require mobile or after- hours services, those are extra.

If you don't have a written policy (required by DOT), we can provide one at a very fair price. And Supervisor Training (required by DOT) is also available for a discount if you're a member in our consortium.

4Do you accept any other payment methods apart from credit cards?

Using a card provides protection for all of us. If you do not have one, please contact us and we may be able to make other arrangements.
